In connection with the Users' use of the website,Synerise may collect data concerning them. Who is the recipient of thedata?

In some cases, User’s data may also be shared with publicauthorities. In some situations related to the provision of services byentities located outside the European Economic Area , there may be cases oftransfer of Users' data to the third countries, if necessary. If such a datatransfer is carried out in relation to a third country that is not covered bythe European Commission's decision to ensure an adequate level of dataprotection, this transfer will only be carried out with an adequate level ofdata protection, in particular through the so-called standard contractualclauses issued by the European Commission.
